My passion for all animals and interest in continued learning inspired my decision to become a professional pet carer. I founded SSS in 2012, and have been providing Stevenage and surrounding areas with loyal and loving pet services ever since.

I am very pleased to say SSS that has continued to grow daily and so has my team which now consists of 2 Carers who work in the community doing visits, taxi jobs and walking and a number of volunteers at my Day Care Centre in Shephall.

​Keeping in line with the data protection policy that came into effect on the 25th of May 2018 this document explains how your data is processed and stored at SSS. Please sign at the bottom to acknowledge receipt of this information.

Any documents you have completed are locked in a filing cabinet in my house and no one but myself, Stewart (my husband) and any of the SSS Team have access to them with my permission. The only time we will share any of your details would be if we had to take your animal to ‘our’ vet for sudden treatment. Or to my accountant/HMRC for any accountancy checks. Your telephone numbers are stored in my phone with your pets name or reference and my phone is password protected. If you have given permission (on the blue form) any photos taken of your animals are shared on social media and my yearly calendar. Information saved on my PC is temporarily stored there then transferred to a password protected external hard drive which is locked in my filing cabinet. 

You have the right to ask for us to destroy any data we hold on you, which must be received in writing. We will action your request within 24hrs of receipt but please bare in mind we can't continue to care for your animals without the signed contract.
